Soubi and Ritsuka from Loveless. I'd say "poor Ritsuka," but, to be honest, if I was gonna be kissed by a random stranger who's at least 7 years older than me in an abandoned park with no one around, Soubi would definitely be on my top ten list of guys to pick. o_o
And yes, both guys. Ritsuka's, like, 12; Soubi's in college, not sure of his age, exactly. o.o; Anyone out there know?

THIS PICTURE NEEDS TO GO AWAY. NOW. O_O
This was kind of taxing. >_> I just spent the last 4 hours finishing it, so I'm not gonna have my psych homework for tomorrow. Snap. Another reason to hate it.
I need to learn how to draw backgrounds. I am such a lazyass. This is kind of a new style for me--well, sort of. I've never actually applied it to a "finished" product; just character sheets, quick doodles, cheap commissions, and other such things. I think I like it, because it requires NO EFFORT WHATSOEVER. Used half-assed vectors, fill buckets, and multiplied colour layers on top of grayscale shading layers for the majority of it. Haha, Nylak is teh lazy.
Also, sorry the composition sucks. It was based pretty much directly off the actual scene, just expanded. o_O; And the backlighting is weak. I wanted it to be more dramatic. So much for that plan.
ANYHOW.
Done on Adobe Photoshop CS. Clocked at about 7-9 hours.
wow i love it O_O and i love loveless too both the anime and the manga u have done a great job. and im forced to fave lol
i think the background is affective, as the audience is forced to focus on the characters infront,
i think the background would be more effective if it was in a tint of pink and reds, like a sunset but not an actual sunset just those colours lol
I really like how you shaded this!! I know you call this lazy.... and half assed work, But I really like it! *teach me* ^^ Cause I have no sense of shading T.T
